Shipping and Returns

All items (unless stated otherwise) are handmade to order.

If there is a problem with your order, please notify us within 14 days of receiving your order to arrange an exchange or return. All returned items must be in unworn condition. If an item has been discounted then it s not eligible for return.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved your refund will be processed and credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

As we are a small business, you will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning the item/s. Shipping costs are non refundable.
